Jerielle Morwitz
Jerielle Morwitz was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA where she earned a degree in Musical Theatre from Point Park Conservatory of Performing Arts. After sailing the Caribbean seas, performing as both a Krooze Komic & a singer aboard Royal Caribbean, she made her way to the big city in the millennium and has been pounding this NYC pavement ever since. She loves any and all theatre and has enjoyed playing some fantastically ridiculous roles in and around the city in addition to regional theatres. Frequently you might find her doodling, taking improv classes, playing skeeball, lending harmonies to singer-songwriters, or, during the holidays, frolicking the tri-state area in a Dickensian hoop skirt, bonnet, and muff in the Manhattan Holiday Carolers. A lover of all things wacky - she is frequently drawn to the random and has forever become instantly entranced when a puppet crosses her path. Able to entertain herself for hours with a new found puppet friend, she is beyond giddy to be a part of this whackadoodle venture offering voices, writing, and manipulation whenever possible.
